MysticMeteor
So this has been bothering me for a long time now. Need open minds about this one. This object is magnetic. Typical refrigerator magnets won’t stick to it. Anything a tad bit stronger will. Any ideas? If it’s not a rock from space…410 gram Texas paper weight it is. Added some close ups of what I believe could have “used” to be fusion crust? Its about the size of the palm of my hand. If it happens to not be any from space. Any ideas what it might be? Thanks everyone.
MysticMeteor
Man..I wish y’all could just hold it and see it in person. Pictures just don’t do this thing justice.
gaustad18
Doesn't look like a meteorite to me... it looks far too rounded and smooth. Also, the small, tiny pinholes on this stone aren't found in meteorites either. There are a lot of members here that know a lot more about which kind of terrestrial rock this could possibly be, but in my opinion, no meteorite. You could also try the streak test, if there is a dark red/brown/black streak, it's terrestrial. Keep looking!

Morlock
Definitely not a meteorite but not sure what it is. Probably some type of igneous rock. You won't get a streak on this but that doesn't mean it's a meteorite.
