Identification help needed

I live in California and I found a few interesting rocks (if you can call them that) that I would like to know more about. They are a little heavier than they look. You can ALMOST break them apart with your hands in some places. being a noob, I’d still assume this is heavily mineralized, although I could be wrong, having no formal education on such. They glitter silver and gold in 1-2mm layers between grayish rock. They were found at dinkey creek, just a few miles from Yosemite nat. Park. https://drive.google.com/file/d/12QVfs1pT4kssi9q9UyLdbIqxI0V_XqMc/view?usp=drivesdk
