MooseNuggets 0 Posted February 2 Share Posted February 2 Teriyaki Salmon Sauce ¾ C. Oil ½ C. Soy Sauce 1 Tspn. Ginner ½ Tspn Lemon Pepper 1 Tspn. Garlic Juice 1 Table spoon Brown Sugar ½ Tspn Mustard (Dry or Prepared) ½ Tspn Celery Salt Put in Blender- blend well for 2 Minutes Marinate fish approx. 1- 2 hours--- Braque skin side down—suggest cut salmon into 2 inch strips- if cooking Red salmon make the strips 2 -3-even 4 inches wide… Cook skin side down- do not try and flip---Use a spatula to remove from grill leave the burnt skin on the grill cleans up easily later…. Approx cooking time depends on the thickness- I normally do a lot of sampling at least 1-1 ½ MGD per barque time have a great day--we are stuck in AK until we get Vacs Moosenuggets Quote Link to post Share on other sites
