WSPA New Claim Opportunity At Rye Patch, NV

I've sent Bill S. a PM with no response yet...maybe he is still out in the dessert.

I almost became a member of the WSPA a couple of years ago, but ended up buying some claims in Rye Patch, NV instead. It's still a long haul for me at 14+ hours one-way to Rye Patch and as I get older, I'm considering passing along the claims to a good club like the WSPA.

I spoke to Chris Porter last Fall about my claims, what the history of the claims were and gold found on them,  and what to do with them. He recommended transferring them over to the WSPA. So, what is the status of the WSPA and would they be interested in a 40-acre gold nugget producing claim located on the NE corner on Sec 18?

Bill,

Try Bill's phone, send him a text and explain who you are and a little about the claim.

His cellphone number is on his store's website.

Hi All

As the treasurer of the WSPA Inc. I think our club would love to have the claim .We were fairly regular up there with outings in the past. Are you interested in maintaining them and a membership or just wanting get rid of it?

I did not think the WSPA is stood up.  I thought it was stalled and Bill had been in the process of standing it up again.  The Forum that Stillweaver posted to is pretty dead.  Also had nothing in the store or support.  It’d be nice to see how to become a member if it is in fact still around.

Your claim is in a very good location, easy to get to as well as in an area that has produced a lot of nice nuggets. I hope the club excepts your generous offer. If so I will volunteer to help with maintenance on corner markers and any other work required.

Thank you and have a good day,

Chet
