Maybe a new fault line opened up with new gold exposure. Since you are closer to it than I am, could you please run by there, check it out and let me Know? Keep in mind that the 6.5 quake near Cascade Idaho happened on March 31 and there have been hundreds if not thousands of aftershocks up there since. You can see the recent ones on the same map I posted in my original post. Edited May 15, 2020 by Dakota Slim

nugget108
We felt it up where i am. My antique scale on the counter was rocking back and forth pretty good. Sounded like the wind came up outside for 20 seconds or so then everything started moving. Kind of a wierd one.

Dakota Slim
I was in Yuma in 2010 when this 7.2 earthquake hit in Baja, California. The ground was rolling and the trees were swaying. People were pouring out of the Cocopah casino as if the fire alarm had gone off. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010_Baja_California_earthquake Here's a what to do video...
Bedrock Bob
I will never follow earthquake guidelines foisted upon me by my government. It is a violation of my constitutional rights. It's oppression. You guys can hide under the table if you want to. True patriots don't hide under the table like sheep when the media tells them to. I'll stand and fight for my rights! 2 1

Old Tom
I said o-yeah when I played that Little Richard piece. I grew up on those guys back on the east coast. Roy Orbison, Buddy Holly, Fats Domino, Jerry Lee Lewis, Bill Haley etc. etc. We used to go to a couple of Black clubs and be the only whites in the place. Never had any trouble as we were there strictly to enjoy the music. Made some great friends there and most of the time got crocked to boot. Rhythm an Blues started it and graduated to Rock and Roll. I never did go for the hard stuff though, stuff that they were trying to push to break some barriers like some of the stuff we are into today. Give Me That Old Rock and Roll. Old Tom That is awesome Tom! A while back I told the story of a big slab of rock falling. It was over a blue clay deposit that had been mined to make pottery for a thousand years. Modern potters often dug there on the weekend. The day after the big quake in Japan the shock wave moved across the earth. I was driving by that spot listening to the news talking about the shock wave and how it would affect the VLA telescope in New Mexico. There were a half dozen vehicles stopped on the road and a big slab of sandstone the size of a double wide had fallen. There was a group of diggers that had just come out from under the rock with buckets of blue clay. No one was hurt at all. But this huge rock had slid right down into the bar ditch where they were sitting having lunch on the tailgates. As I drove by the radio played this song. I don't know if the shock wave made that slab fall. But they say they measured it going through New Mexico. It was 18" -24" from peak to trough and a hundred miles wide. Like a big swell travelling through the earth. It made the earth get a little fatter at the equator and actually added a couple nanoseconds to the time it takes the earth to make a rotation. Earthquakes are awesome stuff. My very favorite disaster!
