A Walk through My Neck of the Woods

Recommended Posts

I am so bored here in New York, as everything is still locked down. I put together photographs of Rockefeller State Park, which is 12-miles from my home, where my better half and I hike the 52-miles of trails regularly. The world famous restaurant, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, is right in the middle of the Park, which takes in Sleepy Hollow, and Pocantico Hills, New York, here in Westchester County.

I like the oldness of your area. Old buildings and stone walls. Lots of GREEN! :)  I found this pleasantly peaceful. THanks!

Got to ask though, whats up with the Tee Pee in the middle of the meadow?

Sometimes I just like to set it up and camp out a few days. We put it up on private property that borders the park. The land owner is cool, and I know them from getting permission to metal detect their farm.
