RIP Fred,

So sad and a good friend, lots of good memories.

I had know Fred since 05-06 and the past couple years had grown an  even closer relationship with him by personal contact with each other. I considered him "family" as we spoke as such and about our personal "conditions".

SOLDIER UP !

He preached and a great preacher he had become to me as he leads the way into the unknown territory we all will tread.

Spent much of the day reminiscing, and re-reading Fred’s posts from over the years. I came away with a heavy heart and sense of loss for his passing, but I couldn’t help but smile at his humor and good spirit. RIP

Sad to hear this. I always liked Freds response's to the banter in some threads. Remember reading an article or two in ICMJ by him as well. He seemed like a great guy.

RIP

Shared a camp with Fred from time to time. He was a great guy and a good friend. Max, my Black Lab, will miss his specially prepared hot breakfast of egg and bacon that he prepared every day at camp just for Max! R.I.P. Fred ... until we meet again! Condolences to the family!

Wow, just got news of this. He was such a fun guy. Had fun with him when he camped next to us at Rich Hill. Still have his Chili Verde recipe.

Rest in Peace my friend
