Rufus40444 0
Hi, I picked up this green crystal geode at an estate sale because I like to collect them, but for the life of me I can’t seem to identify what it is. The closest pictures I found seem to be of prasiolite, or green amethyst, but I couldn’t find any in geode form like the one in the pictures I attached to this post. It weighs about 6 pounds, it's about 6 inches tall and 7 inches wide. The crystals at the top are light green and in the middle they are kind of yellowish and then blend into a whitish color at their base. The outer shell looks like it was formed by lava or volcanic activity. This lighting in the pictures don’t do it justice, it looks really nice in person. I really like it, but I was thinking of selling it on ebay if it’d be worth while, but I just need to know exactly what it is. Thanks!
