garikfox
These discontinued Minelab products are really cool to look at and read about. I was amazed. The Golden Hawk looked cool! Wonder what the Klondike looked like. https://www.minelab.com/usa/support/knowledge-base/discontinued-products Edited September 5, 2019 by garikfox

AaronBazor
I saw this thread and took a few pictures of my relic.... I bought it new in 1995, still using one of the original batteries, never had it in for repairs, had to buy 1 new coil and found 2 little picker nuggets in Quartzsite in 2005. I'll be back out that way before long with a new upgraded technology GPX 5000. Still using it here in Georgia looking for gold but darn sure finding a lot of bullets, square nails and small bird shot. I did manage to find an old hand forged pick axe and brass from a paper shell 12 gauge. I also used it to find a steel wedge I accidentally buried while building my barn...
