chrisski
Eliminator Reverse Helix Trommel $2000 120 VAC Reverse Helix Trommel for processing pay dirt. Shovel the dirt into the trommel, and the reverse helix trommel system gets minimum amount, approximately one cup of concentrates for clean up. When New Age built this trommel, they advertised it on their website as 5 tons per hour (almost 180 five gallon buckets, but used it to run 15-30 real buckets per hour. This is a serious piece of prospecting equipment and will move much more dirt than smaller systems. Trommel three water adjustments. One controls the amount of water going in the hopper, the second controls the amount of water going inside the trommel spraying the dirt. The third, a garden hose can be attached and used to spray dirt. The pictured switch, top, turns the trommel on to rotate, and the bottom switch turns the pump on. A Mesh bag is included to help keep organics (roots, leaves, smally branches) from entering the pump. Used the trommel to process central Arizona gold. Can operate by recirculating water. Optimal setup for me was 60 gallons of water with a 40 gallon planter to catch the tailings with water running to a 25 gallon planter. Eliminator Trommel and 3600 GPH water pump are included, but catch buckets are not included and neither is a generator. The company made four sizes: the pony, the mustang, the Maverick and the Super Stallion, from smallest to largest. I can't member if it is the Maverick model or the Mustang model. As far as I can tell, the company is no longer around. It fit inside an Army issued Duffel bag, I strapped the hoses and gas to the outside, and carried the blower in. It's about as big and heavy as I'd want to take with me on a single trip with one person carrying the whole setup. Depending on the blower size, filling the blower tank up and taking a quart of gasoline got plenty of use. I may have ran 15 buckets through with this amount of gas, and there was gas left over afterwards. I used the duffel bag setup a few times to hike into areas, set up, run a couple of buckets, bag the cons, go to the next spot, and repeat until I had sampled from a few places. I also would bring this to club claims and set up at a particular area and use it for the day. https://www.paydirtshop.com/products/gold-buddy-maverick-drywasher-with-snuffer-bottle-tweezers-magnifier-gold-mining-equipment-1?_pos=3&_sid=d9d4ad9ab&_ss=r When I sell it, I'd part with the drywasher and hose. The blower would not come with it. The blower no longer works.
