Identification. Bones.

Recommended Posts

Hey. New to the forum. Good to be here.

I usually collect and examine rocks although this time around I stumbled upon these magnificent items in a rural area, roughly 13 kilometers from shore, in the midst of entangled bushes. A pleasant finding. Can't imagine Its origin. Canine, maybe?

Great, Now we need to change the sub forum to "Rocks, Minerals, fossils, and BONES "

Probably a coyote or domestic dog

There's a tooth there. Teeth are made of fluorapatite. That makes it a rock, right?

Alright. Thank you. The ironic comment is noted.

Welcome to the forum, feel welcome to post any other bones you may find, you might have better luck posting bones in the Hunting, Fishing, Guns and Such forum section since a hunter may have more knowledge on types of bones, but it's no problem posting them in this section.

While Adam is a valuable and knowledgeable member he tends to get bored and no telling what he may post sometimes.
