If he is going to develop the land sometime... sounds like a lot of gravel would be moved around.

RD don't know how I did it but it's down below. From the gate all the land to the lake. A lot of area

to cover but most is impossible to detect because of trees so thick you can't even crawl through.

Yea Swamp the same lake, it's several hundred miles long. Sister-in-law's house is 0.99 miles South of the "gate"

on a heading of 179.89°

On Google Earth it's 14°29'24.78"S  49°02'22.82"W

Also at 3.46 mi. from her house on a heading of 170.96° a very small white streak is where some folks

here hand dug 2 kilos of gold, on the first dig, later they went back in with a dozer, not heard what the

results were then.

Would that be toward the lake?

Boy RD you sure nailed that lake house. When they built it around 8 years ago the lake water was almost on the

back porches of the houses in front of them. Now you can see how far the lake has gone down. Makes for some

good gold beeping. Where the water was at it's high mark for about 10 years it left the ground clean of any vegatation.

That has all pretty much changed now with 8 foot high weeks in most places.

If it would be for the tall brush that has grown up, getting a closer look you can see plenty of beeping areas. Can't tell where the steep slopes are though, except the obvious channels cutting around and down.

R.D. I don't know when your imagery date was but now the latest one is 7-14-2018 and four hundred yards in front of

the SIL's house I can walk all the way to the next ridge. A little wet because at 400 yards is a natural spring that runs

all year.

Anyone that want's to see how NOT to leave a dug hole take a look at this: 14°34'37.07" S   48°57'47.34" W  Elev. 1584  NW-SE it's 545 ft of digs.

Twenty years ago when I first got here it was already there but in the mean time it gets deeper and moved around about every time a new Minelab

detector comes out. At one point the North side was about 12 Ft. deep. That red dirt is the hottest dirt I've ever run into. Several years ago on the So.

end was a mud hole with water where they had been driving throuigh. The water was about four feet in diameter so I was using a DD coil and I passed

it over the water and got a really good signal, thinking I had a bolt from a dozer I waded in and dug about an inch down in the mud and out came a

33 gram nugget, no embeded rocks, just gold.

The good news now is I was told yesterday that someone is filling in the hole and their finding more nuggets. Gotta visit that hole again next week.

I'm thinking Don, a while back you said that, the large meteorite find was shipped to a place to sell online. What is the name of the site selling your meteorite and is it an auction or do things need a price?

Ok, I get you, no special online site to handle things for you. Wanted to know if something like that exists, apparently not.

Never let the skunk win! It's been awhile with the rain and storm season that started last November-April. Again my little Joey DD coil at my old

patch but this time in the drainage ditch that water runs off to the lake. On the left is 2.0gr, the other is 1.8gr. On it I experminted a little by cleaning

it with vinegar Same old tooth brush on both but one I used the vinegar (right) the other just water.

White vinegar solution seems to really clean. Is it my imagination or does the nugget on the right resemble a parrot beak bottom right and up a little same side a claw?
