OK we are voting on the fall outing dates in November... simple as that and it will be at the LSD (San Domingo) this year. Just a good spot with lots of club claims so everyone can find a place to hunt.

2nd - 4th ) Easier for me to get plane tickets! Too close to Thanksgiving and I'm screwed!

Did you vote Terry, I don't see any votes for the 2nd-4th in the Poll up at the top?

Yep, I'm in there! Looks like most like the 9th - 11th though. I think I can make that work.

11/9-15 rifle deer season

11/16-22 Archery elk

I won't miss either. Last year quit my job when they gave me deer season off then reneged a few days before opening day.

It worked out great, ended up doing two pack trips for other hunters and made more in 6 days then I would have at  the job for the next several months. Next guided bull elk hunt for Wounded Warriors, took home 200#s of meat.

But I digress... ;)

Don't matter on the date for me, is the outing going to be at the same place as last year.

Bill, I may have a group of 3 RV's coming. Can we still get the group camping permit ?

You can get one, I as a business have to go through a permit process and allot of cash to have a "sponsored" outing so we always opt for everyone getting their own and not booths or banners etc... Tom may be getting one not sure, but he has in the past to cover folks without.

I no longer get a permit for the group.  You can get a permit by going on the computer and entering 'Recreational permits AZ State Land Department'.  The group permits are $15.00 and are for five days.  You must fill out a rooster for the group permit an submit it by mail with check.  The individual permits are $15.00 and are for one year. The family permit is $20.00.  Any problem just PM me.

I’m interested in this outing. Would it be easier to bring my RV or get a hotel.

RoRo...there is plenty of room for your RV :)

RoRo ... Motels are in short supply very near the outing. Closest would be 10-12 miles up the road into Wickenburg. Better to bring the RV and get total immersion into the outing! You'll have a blast!

Make sure you go online and get the camping permit mentioned previously in this topic, you will need it even if you don't bring the RV.
