A blower such as the Keene HVS or the JOBE Gold Ore blower will work perfectly

Not familiar with that brand. But most blowers in the $150 range put out enough air unless. Your is big like the keene. I have the mid-sized gold buddy. Try to get one that has a adjustable hand throttle or you will have to bungee the trigger. A real pita

Without seeing it, I will say this.  If you can carry your entire operation by yourself by putting the drywasher, shovel, and pick in a duffel bag; attach the hose and a liter of gas to it, and carry the leaf blower, than any gas operated blower will be fine.

If the drywasher is so big, it won't fit in a duffel bag, then you may need a stronger blower.  These are usually two person operations.

On any model that's not adjustable or uses a trigger,a simple velcro strip will hold it in place to whatever speed you need to maintain, except in a hi/lo only but sometimes hi works just fine. Don't know your specific model so cfm is the variable to know for a proper matchup.. John

If you end up with a Hi-Lo model where the Lo is too Lo and Hi is too Hi ... you might try making a adjustable bleeder slot in the hose leaking some of the air volume out before it gets to the drywasher.
