Desertgirl
I found these two round rocks in different areas of West Texas and was wondering if anyone knew what they may be, I was thinking possibly Moqui marbles but would like a second opinion. Please let me know what you think.

Morlock
They sure look like moqui marbles but don't seem to have the hematite or magnetite coating usually associated with them. Have you done a streak test on them?
d_day
They might be sandstone concretions which form in the same way as moqui marbles, just with a different composition. Edited October 6, 2017 by d_day
