Au Seeker Posted August 20, 2017 Share Posted August 20, 2017 I find fossilized shark teeth all the time here where I live on the coast, but sorry your piece is not a shark's tooth, even fossilized shark teeth usually still have most all of the enamel on them and the ones that the enamel has been broken off of the area where the enamel was will look like smooth bone and the root area if present will look like rough bone.
