Can you Read and understand a schematic ?     MineLab has a Thing about using Conformant Paint on the PCB making life challenging finding Parts and Parts ID.  Maybe you will get lucky on that one.

As having had to fix parts back in the day of vacuum tubes, I can just imagine how hard it must have been for Cortana Zed to trace this thing out.  Our units we fixed were solid state, but the test equipment was not so much.

In the USAF they taught us all about Tubes the use of , Biasing,  Power Requirements the lot.  My self I only had to employ it a few times.  All I remember about them now is I hated the High Voltages involved.  Got Wanged a few times.  Other then the Cathode Heaters 1, 6 maybe 12 volts on Radars everything else starts at like 60 - 90 Volts and UP.  LOL Life is SOOOOO much better now.  Yep, All our Test equipment was like 20 years behind what was out there.  I had my own Digital VOM before I seen one in the Field.
