Another Indian Knife not sure?

No one really knows what those are. If it is authentic, and it looks like it COULD be, they are still guessing. My guess it was used for weaving. Lots of them in Texas. some think they were used for skinning buffalo and others say they were for tying the wool yarn on and passing through the warp...or weave...or whatever. Navajos use a tool very similar to that for weaving and that is probably why the experts think it was used for weaving. The truth is that no one really knows what most of those pieces were used for.

Once again, the edges are abrupt and the notches are mighty sharp. I would say this was a modern knapping project if I had to put money down on it. I know nothing about how you got it and that tells more than the piece itself.
