adam
With the threat of rain during the overnight hours , I hiked up to an area boulder Dash and I wanted to dry wash. I layed out 3 10 x 20 tarps in some spots that looked like potential areas to work. Here`s a shot of one tarped off area.... This particular spot we had actually worked before, but in the wake of the monsoon flooding, there was renewed gold present. It was also a somewhat shallow area.Heres that spot above after we worked it for a while. The ground was miserably wet , and took extreme patience to run it through the drywasher that was also giving us fits... Its hard to be motivated when the ground just isn`t cooperating, but once you see good color in one of the cleanups, it makes it easier to start shoveling again. We only ran 47 bucket for the 2 days, but as said before, it was challenging ground. The buckets ran were all vacuum material.. We wound up with close to 7 grams total ..Some beeped & specked pieces

Ahorton10
Very nice gold guys! I'm putting together a new drywasher that I'm anxious to get out with. It's been a while since I drywashed.
Relichunter2
Wow that's a lot of gold in that riffle from drywashing that spot. Now I understand why it's hard not to be out there even when conditions are not that great for drywashing.

boulder dash
I thought we only ran 27 buckets?? I'll sleep on it.. Like Adam said it was miserably wet and extremely difficult to drywash during this trip. I believe we only worked a total of 11 hours, the days are just so short this time a year..Not to mention the extreme cold. This trip was the first time I had to wear a full jacket all day while Drywashing.
adam
Thanks everyone ....Boulder dash was correct ...It was only 27 buckets , not
