adam
Boulder dash and I were desperate to get some drywashing in , so we took 3 days off and made it happen. The ground was difficult at times, the Keene 140 was a little problematic, but all said, it was an excellent weekend and we got the job done. A total of 47 buckets of all vacuum material were run. I`m not sure how many linear feet we vacuumed but it was extensive, I can promise you that. Several nuggets were metal detected with the Fisher Gold Bug II as well....Enjoy the photo`s...... Get out there and have fun! Just under 12 grams in the pan...Heres 4 + additional grams...A night image taken from camp...

boulder dash
I know why no one is Drywashing this time of year. As soon as the sun goes behind a mountain or cloud its much to cold for this desert walker. A second pair of socks goes a long way. Thanks for the good times again Adam..
AZ4AU
How long was that time exposure shot?
Ahorton10
The weather is just right for drywashing, you get cold when you stop shoveling. Next time just take flip flops and shorts. You'll run 300 buckets!

adam
How long was that time exposure shot?Mike im not fully sure . I think the camera was set to 60 second exposures @ 1 minute intervals for about 15 minutes. That sounds like video but it was taking long exposure frames. Swampstomper Al
Mike im not fully sure . I think the camera was set to 60 second exposures @ 1 minute intervals for about 15 minutes. That sounds right, adam.. Every point-and-shoot (non-DSLR type) camera I've looked at seems to have a 60 second 'open shutter' feature.. The older one I carry doesn't even have multiple exposure capability; you get one shot then need to reset..Swamp

Ahorton10
Someone was just asking bill on facebook if gold can form cubes, he should refer that person to your nugget picture. Those wires and nuggets would be darn hard to part with if they were mine. Thanks for sharing!
