DOC Posted November 5, 2015 Share Posted November 5, 2015 Oh man that is just nasty lookin' good. My mouth is literally watering. My smoker looks similar to yours. It is electric, and then you dump the wood chips in the side. However, I have been having really good success with the wood pellets as they smoke much more evenly and last longer.
