Au Seeker
Just find out his phone number and give him a call and enlighten him, it's apparent he hasn't done his due diligence , he probably just overlook that part!!
Hoser John
Diligence mandatory as the feds/cops/rangers just hauled off 4,700++ pot plants from claims next to mine yesterday. clay
He's got 90 days to record his claim with the County.
Steel Pan
I was just wondering around the camp site doin' fire break when I found the post about 50' away, on my claim. The paper is dated 12-2-13 so that's far beyond the 90 days. I think I'll do a quick check with the county office each year as my part of being "dually diligent" and at the same time build a repor with the clerks. Ya never know when one of them will "contribute to your cause". Might send him a little note,.."If any thing destructive happens on my claim, you have already shown intent, as far as I'm concerned, by trying to jump the claim in the first place". He might be trying to run me off later by using destructive actions. Ya just never know about people anymore. "Honest officer, I could have sworn it was a bear." boulder dash
The location is a year and a half old. If you haven't had any issues in all this time than most likely things are fine. My guess is he staked a location and later found out it was under claim. Mistakes happen.
Hoser John
Not waiting as they had 450 pounds processed, trimmed and waiting for pickup. Also pics of a few thousand pounds drying at Redding.com, the Record Searchlight site, illegal to post or I would. Great pics and 6 wets taken all at once-John
Swampstomper Al
Hope you realize I was j/k, John..Actually, the much more likely reason for the delay is the inter-agency boondoggle in CA..Who has the lead..? Who's assisting..? How many armored vehicles needed..? How many 'coptors..? # of vests..? # of automatic weapons..? DEA..? FBI..? Homeland Security..? Who gets what % of the credit..? Do we even invite the local Sheriff along..? Who's picture will be in the paper..? And on and on and onnnnn.....All that when Barney and Otis could have rolled in in the church van with dry cloths & six hot meals n driven them straight to the slammer no argument..SA

Mistakes happen. No mistake, he signed the "Hotel Register" in my cabin, on the same date. ...and right outside the door to the cabin is one of those yellow Fed mining claim plaques, since 2009.He knew alright.
