The Humbling Q

Well, It wasn`t a complete defeat. Quartzsite can be very generous , or it can be extremely challenging....Boulder dash and I stopped by the Q for a couple days.... :thumbsupanim 2 and a half days in the zone, hiking many miles, yielded a few small pieces of gold. Boulder dash did get an 8 tenth of a grammer :brows: Exploration pays off because you know where not to go next time. :inocent:

When I was at the Q Fri/Sat/Sun I saw HUGE dry wash areas and deep, deep holes. I met a few guys who don't detect any more. They run in to big nuggets on the way to the bedrock. I knocked down a few piles but there are many, many more with peaks. Maybe ...

I did use the 20 " Tom, but not in an area it was intended for. Next time I will focus on big deep mega nuggets :4chsmu1::head:
