Drywasher & clay

Recommended Posts

Hi Ron,

You make a good point actually.....Maybe we take it beyond that of a hobby sometimes. Or maybe, its just a challenge to ourselves just to see how much we can process in a given amount of time. We make it fun.....That's why we keep the stats, and remember how many buckets get run and how the gold take is at the end. Just want to be factual with no exaggerating, so people can understand what is possible if they work hard enough, in the right spot.

Nope on the nugget, still up for grabs...

Also sets a goal for me to better next time out.

Thanks everyone for the tips, I'll let you know how it goes.

When Wet clay will float away any fine gold in a slice for sure. Just like Muddy water can. In a Cement mixer over time the gold will work it's way down to the bottom dry or wet. Just let it run. Try it. You can have a Mixer for almost nothing with jobs being the way the are.

I would too.

If this clay pays as well as I hope, I'll keep my eyes open for a mixer and give it a try. Getting a mixer like Homefire showed down to the spot wouldn't be hard. Just need to get my generator running.
