boulder dash Posted October 17, 2013 Share Posted October 17, 2013 I spent about 45 minutes detecting a tailings pile today. About 20 trash targets and 20 hot rocks and I hit 2 in a row. garimpo Posted October 17, 2013 Share Posted October 17, 2013 That's what I like about the slave digs here BD.....the slaves dug mile after mile of small ditches, usually about 3'x3' till they hit quartz with gold in it.....most of my finds are like yours where the gold is difficult to see except with a metal detector....had plannedon hitting a virgin one today but rain and lightening has been going on now for several hours....Good work man and thanks for the pics....
