I read a article saying that president Obama wants to remove the word

"navigable" from a bill that would allow the government to regulate all water ways. Not just shipping lanes. Not sure if this is going to be a good thing or not. I will try to find the article and post a link.

Interesting thing in those regs... It specifically says no motorized means. What or you had a mechanical means with no motor? Compressed CO2or similar in a transfer system is cooking in my head :)

Stopher just submitted his 38 page thesis to kill all endruns on new antidredge laws,no mo'gravity,barrel dumping,rtc etc 100% ban on all forms. Thank the 49rs for posting their how to do endruns on the internet complete with all the details for all to see . 4 seasons of endrunarounds dredging now ended,well at least on paper-John
