Nugget Shooter Posted January 18, 2013 Share Posted January 18, 2013 Not sure if it has been mentioned, but the 10th amendment allow for State Government to refuse (legally) to enforce Federal Government rules,regulations, and other things they feel not good for their individual States. So for instance our Governor can refuse to enforce the law and arrest any Fed trying to impose such a law on us here in AZ and she likely will do just that as will many other states.Just saying....
