Au Seeker 3,153
Try a university/college near you, Mineralogical/Geological dept. The College Of Charleston is very close to you.http://geology.cofc.edu/I think just from what I can see in the pictures it just some type of mica schist, nothing worth keeping as a whole, if you suspect that it may contain gold crush it up as fine as you can and pan it out to see if there any gold, if there's any gold in them it would be very little IMHO from the size of the rocks in your photos. Au Seeker 3,153
Let us know what you find out.A little tip on taking closeup photos with a camera that isn't that good at doing closeups or doesn't have a manual focus such as with many camera phones, use a good magnifying glass in front of your camera, it will take a little practice to get the focus just right, but you will be surprised how good of a closeup you can get with a not so good camera using this method.
