bsumbdy
I don't think they are anything special, not exactly sure what they are, but was wondering if there are any methods to 'clean' these up to look better, aside from a rinse in the sink. Thanks Chris
Johnno
G'Day bsumbdyI wouldn't mess with them, they look fine. Any good geological specimens I keep them natural the way I found them, unless it happens to be a nice fat nugget that's a little bit dirty.. then I might clean it up a little.CheersJohnno
Goldfinger
I agree with Johnno. Leave them "as is" unless you know for sure what you're doing... Have seen many specimens ruined by people trying to clean them.Steve
Red_desert
There is a cheap cocoa butter lotion, you can get a large bottle of at the Dollar store. Works fine for cleaning most stones without causing damage. Put a little on your hands first, rub the stone good, it will shine.
