highbanker58
I had an accident and fell on my GPX 5000. I slid down a hill into a wash and landed on the detector. One of the back legs broke, which opened the side of the case around the rubber seal.It still worked after the crash, I found 3 small dinks and 2 that were about a pennyweight each. I sent it into the service center 2.5 weeks ago and got it back yesterday. That is impressive. I'll get it out next week and see if it works any better. Mike Furness
Dave ... better watch out ... they put a super charger into that machine ... it will only find ouncers from now on!!! Glad you had good turn around time. Seems the last year or so things have been mostly all positive from Chicago.Mike F
highbanker58
It was doing that before I broke it. Largest nugget this year was a 1.3 oz ,but it also found a .9 oz and a .5 oz all in May.
