Dragon nugget 36.2 grams

Found near the source.....

The Picture is aweful, I`m sorry.   But you certainly get the idea. One of the most cubed pieces I ever found. Sold long ago...

Here's a few nuggets I found a while back that were odd ...

First, here's a half ounce slug and a 4 pennyweight solid chunk that were about two feet apart down in solid basalt...just plain old hot basalt with no other mineralization ...

Then there's a one ounce crystalline nugget that I found in a hole together with a screw from a jet that blew up in the area back in the 1950's ... The only nugget and screw on the entire hillside, one on top of the other! Cheers, Unc

Garimpo,

Your nugget with the tape measure is a horse with a jockey on top if you tilt the left end down slightly! His hind legs are up under him and they are going fast to a photo finish.
