The Business Plan calls for an increase in the weekly permit fee from $25 to $40 when purchased off-site. On-site weekly permits are proposed to be $70. The annual permit fee is proposed at $180. BLM intends to implement the fee increase on September 1, 2013. The proposed public review and comment period has been limited to less than 3 weeks ending at 8:00 a.m. on November 5th. But that would mean they have to take back some of the subsidies and legal fee reimbursements given to the 'environmentalist' organizations.grr and less than three weeks for comment?!?
