All I found was this great thread I enjoy the odd coin shooting, I usually look for high curbs which indicate early construction and areas of old date palms, they usually indicate an old meeting ground, picnic area. As for the high curbs, sometimes you can get an indication from the stamp in the concrete of the date and who laid them; that doesn't happen these days.
