fredmason
A question for those that have used or are using the Minelab 3500...of all your coils you may have used on the 3500, which one is your "go-to" coil?WHY?I am asking for opinions; I know there is never one best detector or coil for all jobs or situations.thanksFred
MT-AZ-HP
Fred ,My first choice of coils is the 14''NF elip. Advantage coil on My 3500 . I found a 10.2 gm nug at 18'' AND A .5 GM AT LESS THAN 1''.HARRY
wes
I'll second that 14"E nuggetfinder. Probably the best coil money can buy!
Jayray
Fred, I partial to the Nuggetshooter 9x5 mono, with the Joey next in line. I love the sensitivity and the ease of use on the ol' shoulder. Plus, the small coil gives the ability to "brush" detect and pin point very well. John B.
Hi Fred and AllI really like the 16 round mono and DD those and the 14 eliptical mono are the coils I use most. The 14 eliptical is a snap to pin point but can get noisy at times in hot crap and weedy ground. Happy Huntin John B.
Denny
I would have to say the nuggetfinder 14 elip.as the main coil i also fancied the 7 inch elip.In fact they are still my favorite,s with the 4500. that said I was never a big DD guy .
