If you zoom in on the people to (your) right of the kids in red beenie's you will find people with no heads and people who's head's are to one side of their body. Also if you look at the officer below the press tower in the center of the screen it is the same officer in 2 different positions and in one he is a faded color and the other his uniform is sharp black.
