Charlene
In reading the reasons for the forum 'slow down' someone mentioned the BOUSE strewnfield, where is this one located? Thanks, Charlene
fredmason
Generally Charlene; strewn-fields are like nugget-patches, no one will say until they have all they want... Fred
SoCalNovice
I wish I could help you out Charlene; I would like to know as well! But I agree with Fredmason, I don't expect anyone will be sharing the location of a fresh strewnfield. Maybe we'll get lucky! Cheers, Scott

Kaimi
Actually, if you check the meteorological bulletins it should give you some gps coords. You can also google earth it from there and get a general idea of its location. Looks pretty inhospitable to me tho! Good luck. aloha for now, Kaimi aka Stan
Guest EARL
I wouldn't trust the GPS mark from the Bullitin on this one. I went to the mark and did a 1/4 then 1/2 circle around the Bullitins GPS cords and came up empty. They maybe there somewhere close by and I just missed them, but don't be surprised if the original finder fudge on the GPS cords a little. SoCalNovice
Thank you for sharing your search results Earl. If everyone would share where they haven't found meteorites we would all be a little closer to finding some. Thanks again, Scott I wouldn't trust the GPS mark from the Bullitin on this one. fredmason
Finding Bouse would be easy...the old way of naming meteorites was to name it after the nearest Post Office...and like Earl said...they probably didn't give the exact cords... 29 Prospector
One of my old hard rock partners lives in Bouse. I'll give him a call tomorrow(21st) and see if he has heard anything and if so where. O'29er
