Meteorite Contest at SkyRock

Hello everyone

I just want to invite everyone here to enter the contest at the SkyRock Cafe, it is a meteorite hunting and collecting forum. We currently have a contest with a very impressive slice of an unclassified Saharan meteorite for the prize. It is chocked full of colorful chondrules and metal flakes. This meteorite looks has many very well defined chondrules and some breccia, it even has a white achondratic inclusion. Here is the link to the contest. Good Luck to everyone.

Hi Joe,

What a great idea to drive traffic to your website! I'll give it a stab. How do you submit your answer, just post a reply?

BTW - What part of Illinois are you from. I grew up there; my whole family still lives there in a town called Winfield (next to Wheaton). I also graduated from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale so I am pretty familiar with that area too (at least the party spots).

Hello So Cal,

All you have to do is post a reply. I grew up and live in Mendota IL wich is in LaSalle County. The area is called the Illinois Valley. Have you ever been up this way? I am about 45 miles south of Rockford just down I-39.
