I went out there detecting too and it was very damp as well. Oh well, plenty of other methods til it dries out.

If the scientists/Physicists are right and the Earth originated from the Big Bang 4.5 billion years ago why couldn't have carried it's own array of elements, including AU, as it cooled and became the earth we live on today? Just a wild-assed guess.

Mike, The only issue I had was there was only a claim or two near Prescott but if I had had the time to get over to California it would've good. But if it's going to have a base in AZ it could be a better situation for us here.

I used to be a WSPA member and glad to see it's coming back. I'm in.
