  1. I spent four days last week in that area. Angel’s Ranch Road is open all the way up to the gate right at the ranch headquarters. I was working a couple of claims just west of there and saw Angel twice and he just waved. The only other fence I saw crossing a road is on the road that cuts off of Angel’s Ranch Road to the south west a little before the big wash. It is where Angel has two sets of pens and a water tank. That gate was not locked and I went through it a couple of times. I am not sure what was going on out there in the past, but all in all, everything seemed OK to me.
  2. Hi Mike, I moved to PV just over a year ago and am always looking to meet other like-minded individuals to prospect with. I do some metal detecting (SDC 2300 & GMT) and drywashing (Keene 151). If you want, shoot me a PM and I will send you my phone number. Ray S.

  5. I went out on Turkey Creek for a bit yesterday, the water was still running pretty deep. I work some of the hillsides and benches for a couple of hours but nothing! In the past I have done ok in that area with a drywasher. I was wondering if anyone has ever done any good there metal detecting?
  6. You should saw cut a slice through it. You may be surprised!
  7. Hey guys, I’m a new kid around here. I recently moved to Prescott Valley from Las Vegas and am interested in attending your up-coming Nugget Shooter outing but have a couple of questions. Where exactly is Jackass Flats? I know generally where the San Domingo placer district but cannot see Jackass Flats. Also I have a small toy hauler and reading the thread I see you need a state camping permit and it looks like the only way to get one is by mail and I don’t think I have time now to do that. I am a GPAA member, is there RV access to that area? I would really appreciat
