I'm in central California :'( however, I come from Corpus Christi Texas, I miss home. I still recall my granny packing her revolver, and posing for some shots, ain't nothing I ever seen again around here! One day, with God's will, I will go home, and retire there! -

That is what has been in my mind since then, well, this comfirms it, I shall keep it now, thanks for your aid! It is a fine machine, sensitive like mad, but fine! It also makes family time killer, all for a small price!! Thanks again, for your time, and fast response! Detector in hand I say, Molon Labe! Many gold finds to you brother!

Hello, everyone, and thank you for your time, and aid! I have been offerd the M6, with a second coil, and $125 for my GoldBug 2, so I was wondering, would it be a decent trade, despite my adoration of this super sensitive machine? I have basically made up my mind to pass, on it, plus offers of even $500 cash for it! The only reasons I am mulling over it, is becasue these folks are wanting to go out and hit the gold country, as I wish I could, but becasue of time, and life, I am only able to hit the local areas, and maybe a beach or two, soon, so therefore, I feel that I am decling their abili

Heck, I can't suggest much, although, I could tell you what I'd get, had I the money! A Chevy Duramax 4X4 Quad-Cab Longbed, in black, or heck, any color! The years are up to you, if used of course, they run from year 2000-2014, but obviously the prices do too! I'd ge any year from 2000-2003, with as low miles as possible, just cause! The Duramax has been said to get high miles, all the way to over 500k! The older years had less C.A.R.B equipment, making modding simple, with better gas to boot, plus less garbage under the hood, well, unless folks see that as not garbage, each their own. Good lu

Well thank you all that replied I appreciate the help and ideas! Too bad I hadn't tried a tree as I may have stumbled upon that fortune! So far my park boots include one penny new, a dental pick and trash galore plus a chucky cheese coin era 2007 lol! It's fun and when my boy comes along its cool! -

it does have a heft, unfortunately though, its a non golden color,so maybe its junk, or lead? i hope it ain't lead!! i don't know how to know if that is quartz, but I do know that it wasn't very deep, maybe a few inches or so, before my goldbug-2 chirped at it! I have some real gold in a necklace shape, it is Asian 24K, maybe I could test the sound differences with this? I wonder, could it be anything of value, maybe, silver, or lol platinum! http://<a href=" " title="Untitled by aRolleiBrujo, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3781/12714206574_3dd50c4eea_o.jpg" w -

Hi, and thanks for the response. Yes my Fisher GoldBug-2 harped at it like mad, and the feel of it seems to be metal, however, I ripped apart examining it! It is soft as well! It is not magnetic as well.
