  2. Some interesting reading from NASA http://science.nasa.gov/science-news/science-at-nasa/2006/10mar_stormwarning/
  3. Dogs are tough my friend. I am darn glad that you said no to the euthanasia. Even if you had to carry her, she will still love you and time will heal her wounds.
  4. Ah....I see you have been burning up the boards all across the web eh? Looking for keyboard glory are we? hmmm....what a waste.
  5. As you joined the forum at 605pm and this was posted at 610pm, I was wondering where you had copied and pasted this from? Surely with your "razor-cut" hand you could not have typed this out in 5 minutes?
  6. UM....huh.....um....huh......ok......um......thanks.... As we no longer have a Politcal section and religion and Politics are the 2 main topics that gets peoples dander up....can we not have a religious section too?
  7. One day in MT, the prosecuting lawyer asked Allen on the witness stand, "At the scene of the accident, did you tell the policeman you had never felt better in your life?" "That's right." The Allen replied. "Well, then, how is it that you are now claiming you were seriously injured when my client's auto hit you"? Allen explained. "When the policeman arrived, he went over to my Mule, who had a broken leg, and shot him. Then he went over to Rover, my dog, who was all banged up, and shot him. "When he asked me how I felt, I just thought, under the circumstances, it was a wise choice of words to say 'I've never felt better in my life.'
  8. Please let me add the Gold Bug and Gold Bug2 as options. I use a Gold Bug 2 and its a darn fine detector.
  9. Well BP better hurry if they want to hire illegal Democrats.....they are starting to leave AZ....
  10. Well Gee Bob, while I agree with you, I thought according to all the experts, that dredging was coming back to California??? The total disregard for the Constitution and Federal Law in that state, is rampant. It used to be said "So goes California, so goes the Nation". I think that has changed at this point. With a weak Governor, the love of illegal Democrats and the attack of the 50 foot Pelosi....California has gone way past its own norm. Businesses are leaving Cali in droves (reducing its tax base) and so are people in general. I guess what I am trying to say here is that California's problems go much deeper than the rest of the nations, because of the broken political system. It is broken, in my estimation because the Democrats have past so many bad laws, that middle thinking Independants and Republicans are or already have fled. One way to totally lean the state "left", is to change and stop teaching the History of the state. But of course, this is also being tried all across America too. :twocents:
  11. nvchris walks into a hardware store and asks for a chain saw that will cut 6 trees in one hour. The salesman recommends the top of the line model. chris is suitably impressed, and buys it. The next day he brings it back and says, "This chainsaw is defective. It would only cut down one tree and it took all the gosh-darned day!" The salesman takes the chain saw, starts it up to see what's wrong, and nvchris asks, "What's that noise?
  12. Now Terry....why would you quote Elpidia Carillo from the original Predator movie? Although its a fine quote...surely you dont believe in boogey men? "My mommy always said there were no monsters - no real ones - but there are. Why do they tell little kids that?"
  13. Amen Micro. Thanks for the post and please let me know if any fund is set up for his wife.
  14. Hey David...are they still holding concerts up at Angels Camp? The last time I was there was back about '82. ZZ top was the headliner.
