  1. Hi jager, great post. I was just wondering if your other coils might be up for sale soon. If not, can you tell me why you would keep the others when the new is so great. I am still learning and all the info is a good learning tool for me. Thanks
  2. There plan is to close down many roads in many counties. there are maps avalb. at H.Q. offices. I have one for shasta and modoc, lassen county. Down in plumis co. there has been a few tickets handed out for 3 years that I know of.
  3. April has always been my best month also. Great job.
  4. I started working the edge of this patch that everyone has covered many times. Then went out just a bit and started hitting birdshot that nobody else dug so I figured they must of missed gold also, boy , was I right! Gold from 1 inch to 18 inches deep. total weight is 39.9 grams :icon_mrgreen: This was the best 3 day hunt in a long time.
  5. GOOD JOB RON. YOU SURE KNOW HOW TO ENJOY THE HOBBY. THANKS FOR SHARING.
  6. :whoopie: :whoopie: Happy Happy Birthday.

  8. Hi Rich, All i have is the 11" mono and very happy with it. I did run a friends 12x15 commander mono with good luck also. But with the settings that we are using now it is wild what i pick up. This might be normal for the 4000 or the commander but too me i still get goose bumps at the depth of some targets and the size or lack there of. Have fun and take care of that shoulder. Brock
  9. yes rich-same 'ol coils.... why do you ask. do you have any new tricks to find gold. i would love to try other coils, but right now i am happy with mine. Brock
  10. thought i might share a pic of some gold i found lately in new spots and old spots. it just goes to show that you can still find gold in places that have seen many coils including mine. yup- i missed a few. just to have the chance to get out some times is most of the fun. the gold is a plus. the weight is about 1 oz. the depth was from 1 inch to about 18 inches.
  11. Yesterday A father and son team had the time to go :icon_mrgreen: together at the 'ol JB patch and that's where his first nuggie came out to make his day. :whoopie: Good job young man. keep it up. It will take a few more to buy that new bike you want. :mm: :yourock: BROCK
