Rock and Mineral Forum Guidelines

There are just a few rules here and yup I do enforce them and keep an eye on things as best I can. Here are a few guidelines I'd like you to follow if you will be participating here. This forum is not moderated as heavily as the other sections so please do not enter or open a topic if you think you will be offended. If you are at least respond like an adult or we will remove your post as soon as brought to our attention.

Vulgar and abusive language is not welcome here! Heck a cuss word to get a point across is not so bad, but I think you know what I mean.

I will not host public arguments and pissing matches between individuals here so please just don't do it. When it happens the post most times will simply vanish into cyber space.

Political or Religious posts belong in "Off Topic" but surly you can find other forums that host those discussions if it is your thing, I don't think anyone cares if you are Conservative or Liberal when we are out hunting gold nuggets.

You may not use this forum to advertise any other dealer, store, or product without written permission by owner at any time. Used items are allowed in the classified section.

This forum is not responsible for anything said by it's members at any time. This is a public forum and will remain so and although I can and will occasionally zap "bad content" I don't do it often and so far have never permanently banned a person. Also opinions expressed here do not always represent the opinion of the forum's owner!

Guests are welcome to browse the forum and use the information provided by registered members, but you can not post yourself until you are a registered member.

That is pretty much it my fellow Nugget Shooters so enjoy the forum, keep it clean and play nice.

    • They verified the information? Really? What information did they verify? There does not seem to be anything at all to back up these claims.  If it took so much time to verify then they must have been working on something. What was it? So far they just can't back the story up with anything at all. Just a Trump supporter who says he got the info off a laptop with a Biden sticker on it. That is weak sauce Slim. It didn't take months to "verify" any of this story because no elements of the story have been "verified". It is nothing but a tale for a fairy to help Trump's sinking re-election effort. I think the Trump supporter who claims to have found the data is getting royalties from the Trump campaign.  I'm willing to bet the next administration will stop the Trump imposed tariffs that are killing American farmers and consumers. They will stick to their promise to not raise taxes on anyone making under $250k a year. And they will impose royalties on metals mines on public land.  Tom Udall will be the next Seccy of the Interior. He will be a vast improvement over the hand full of inexperienced clowns that have rotated in and out of the position in the past 4 years. He is going to really tighten the screws on mining and oil. I am willing to bet that metals mines will be forced to pay their fair share for exploiting public land just like the other extraction industries.  The mining corporations have no problem paying royalties to the States. No problem with royalties on patented land. No problem with royalties in foreign countries. They should not be allowed to stiff the American taxpayer for the destruction of our rapidly dwindling public lands. Their free ride on the backs of taxpayers need to come to an end.
    • Expedition #10 Scouting old road SE of Queen Valley, AZ   90F Hello friends! I hope everyone is doing well 🙂 Went scouting on October 10th to see if this old road can handle the Buggy. I'm guessing it can't. Let me know what you guys think. I apologize for the crappy video(s) I'm pretty much a one man show, the girlfriend is incompatible with the hills
    • I'll be amazed if they can pull off the retrieval of the meteoric material given the complexity.
    • Getting back to the subject of the royalties these democrats have proposed, it just points to the fact that they want big and intrusive government. How many new bureaucrats would it take to oversee this new source of government income? It would probably cost more than the royalties. The next step for Obamacare was to hire thousands of new IRS agents to audit people to make sure they didn't fudge their taxes to save on their health care tax.
    • It took time to find all the information and to verify it. The big question is why didn't the FBI bother to do that? They've had it for 10 months! https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trump-william-barr-act-hunter-biden-business-dealings
